The Vestry

The vestry is responsible for serving the Lord as good stewards of the treasury of the parish. They assist the Rector in administrative and spiritual leadership by gathering information and making recommendations about parish needs and by making decisions on behalf of the parishioners.

The vestry consists of a Senior and Junior Warden, a Treasurer, a Clerk, and six Vestry persons. The Wardens are elected annually and limited to a total of six consecutive years. The Treasurer and Clerk are elected annually also but no limit is set concerning the number of years they may serve. The Vestry persons are elected for a three-year term; there are two elected each year.
